About Me!

My name is Elizabeth Travis, but most everyone calls me Ellie! I was born in La Paz, Bolivia where my parents served as missionaries. I lived there for about 5 and a half years and then moved back to the states. I lived 2 years in Weslaco, Texas and then moved to Port Neches, Texas where I lived for 10 years. After I graduated my parents moved to Shreveport, Louisiana. However my mom just received a job in Benton, Arkansas and will be moving 45 min away!

I have 2 siblings, a brother and sister, and 7 nieces and nephews.

I am a college student majoring in Physical Education at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. My goal after I graduate is to become a teacher and coach. I want to teach math and coach volleyball and basketball at the high school level. My teachers and coaches always played such a major role in my life as I spent around 8 hours a day with them. I want to be a positive role model to the kids whom I will be teaching and coaching.

While being a student takes up a lot of time, my passions are spending time with my family, cooking food, and having fun in everything I do!

I have always had a passion in cooking as I watched my sister, mother, and grandmother in the kitchen growing up. Now that I am on my own, cooking is a great way to relax and spend time with my family and friends.

Staying active plays a big part in my life and I love to explore new places and expand the places that I have been and traveled and have fun doing so.

You can't forget the family! My family and friends are the center of everything I do. I have truly been blessed with an amazing family!

You are confined only by the walls you build yourself!
